Become a Member of the Marin County Bar Associaton's ADR
Panel
The Marin County Bar Association ADR Panel opens
once a year in the spring for new applicants. Applications
will be accepted between June 1 and July 15 only. To
apply during this time period to become a new panelist, follow
these instructions:
Step 1: If you are a current panel member wishing to renew your membership,
fill out and mail in an
ADR Provider Renewal Application and an Agreement to Abide By California
Rules of Court, both of which you may download
here; *
If you are a new applicant, fill out and mail in an
ADR Provider Application and an Agreement to Abide By California
Rules of Court, both of which you may download
here; *
Step
2: Enclose with the Application and Agreement
a check in the amount of $50 for Marin County Bar Association
members, or $200 for non-MCBA members, payable to: "ADR
Section, Marin County Bar Association";
Step 3: Fill out an online profile
by clicking the Create Profile button below and complete
the online profile questionnaire.
Applications will be
reviewed in August of each year. Once an application
is approved by the ADR Section, your profile will be made
active and viewable through the Marin County Bar Association's
online ADR Provider Directory.
